Ms. Toumani has more than 30 years of professional experience and has spent the major part of her career in civil engineering, surveying, and public works related design, construction and management. Ms. Toumani offers a dynamic combination of design and managerial experience, having managed complex programs in both public and private sectors. Her experience includes transportation planning, roadway design, traffic
engineering, hydraulic analysis, sub-surface utility engineering, signalization, signing, traffic control and sequencing. In addition to her private consultant experience, Sedi also served as the City Engineer for Mesquite, where she managed the survey, review
and/or design and construction management of major Capital Improvement Programs. Near the end of 1990, she decided to take on the challenge of starting her own Surveying and Civil Engineering practice and founded DAL-TECH Engineering, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. DAL-TECH has successfully provided both engineering and survey services to government agencies, underscoring Ms. Toumani’s comprehensive understanding of the requirements of a successful project.

In addition, Ms. Toumani represents her clients at various levels of the project including meetings, public involvements and coordination, and making presentations to Boards and Councils. She has beenPrincipal-in-Charge of an impressive list of public and private projects. She is a hands-on principal and her clients always receive her full attention and complete commitment. Ms. Toumani has a proven track record of committing resources as necessary to meet all of the clients’ budget and schedule needs.
